When you think of affordable housing what do you imagine? The picture you draw is probably what you will find in many towns, poor quality housing of low value that traps people rather than giving them the opportunity for expression and change.

We think everyone has the right to good quality homes in well-designed and attractive neighbourhoods. Our development model allows us to think outside of the box and to provide quality homes at affordable prices.

By providing high-quality homes, for rent, purchase or a combination of both, financed in a unique way, we can change one person’s life and start to change the community they live in. Why do we need affordable housing?

- Low and even middle income families are being priced out of the market.

- To allow communities to prosper with access to jobs and amenities.

- To give everyone the chance to make the most of their opportunities.

Now is the time. We must link up the processes of regeneration and provide a balance of affordable and open market housing, all of a high quality, with a focus on lifestyle and place making. If we can achieve this we will close the gaps in the housing market and start closing the gaps in our society.
