Over the last few years ‘sustainability’ has become the focus of regeneration. At Easterngreen, we believe true sustainability is achieved by considering economic, social and environmental wellness.  

So in some cases providing the broadest possible range of accommodation with a range of tenures can be achieved by working with the existing housing in a local authority or neighbourhood.

By working with what already exists, rather than creating brand new homes there is less disruption, plus clear economic benefits.

Our POD system (prefabricated offsite dwelling) allows us to remodel or retro-fit an extension to a building, creating immediate physical and environmental changes without the need for complete refurbishment or major internal modifications.

Why use the POD system?
